Do you wish to be a part of a fast-growing technology company? We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with interest and experience within development of hardware to strengthen our Product Development team. You will play a key role in innovation projects working with advanced optoelectronics.
Area of responsibility
As the Electronics Engineer you are expected to drive the development within your area of expertise. Both by generating concept solutions and defining the requirements for product development projects – and by participating actively in the realisation of new products - together with a team of colleagues and selected external specialists.
Technology and component intelligence and selection.
Design of electronics and PCB's according to e.g. MIL-STD, including EMC requirements.
Basic programming of developed hardware.
Prototyping.
Planning and performing verification of development results.
Qualifications
3-5 years hands-on experience with design of electronics.
Educational background in Electronics Engineering (candidates with alternative background will be considered).
Knowledge of and experience with preparing/modifying prototypes.
Good level of understanding of EMC requirements and performance.
It is a plus if you have special experience with MIL-STD’s or similar level.
It is a plus if you have worked with LED- and/or laser technology.
Proficiency in English reading, written and spoken– and at least one Scandinavian language.

You are able to handle working within – and transferring between – the creative phase where there are many potential solutions that need assessment – and the realisation phase where the chosen solution advances at high speed to verification.
You enjoy working in a small team where we work closely together and at the same time you have significant freedom under personal responsibility.
