When ordering this service you need to ship your old WiseLED flashlight to the service department at our Headquaters where the upgrade will take place.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering an upgrade to this programmable version of the Tactical, we actually exchange your old flashlight for a brand new programmable Tactical. Accessories like charger, cables and cradle is NOT included in the upgrade.
